Assurance - Finance Operation (Management Accounts) - Manager - Hong Kong
Job description
The role is to support the FSO Market Leaders in managing and overseeing the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to management accounts, revenue, and other financial activities. The person is required to facilitate effective reporting, financial analysis and planning, also forecasting process at service line level where acts as a trusted business advisor to provide insights to the business.
(*Big 4 FS audit & in-house finance work experience would make a great combination)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted business advisor to provide insights to FSO assurance business.
- Provide strategic direction where supporting the critical revenue cycle initiatives and goals.
- Prepare outline to support the annual revenue budgeting process
- Make appropriate changes to address any issues or trends after reviewing with top-notch management.
- Provide key reporting and actionable data across the revenue management teams.
- Partner with finance team to assist with budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
- Monitor the top and bottom lines to ensure they are in line with the operational and strategic objectives set by the service line.
To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance & accounting, or any related discipline
- CPA with a minimum 5+years of relevant experience in financial institutions (*Big 4 FS audit & in-house finance work experience would make a great combination)
- Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers to provide insight and advice to senior management
- Sensitive about number, well-organized, self-driven, detailed-minded and committed
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
