The opportunity


The Asia-Pacific Sector Enablement Leader is part of the Asia-Pacific Markets team and reports to the Asia-Pacific Markets Operations Leader. This role works across multiple teams and geographies to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. 


Your key responsibilities


  • Support the build out of the Asia-Pacific sector strategy and lead execution alongside the Area Accounts Leader, Area Markets Operations Leader and APAC Market Segment Enablement Leader
  • Lead Area wide work teams and drive planning and implementation of sector programs / initiatives, and support Focus Sector Committees with planning, Region/Global integration and connectivity and growth driver activation
  • Support regional Focus Sector Committee members in executing priority account initiatives and to drive account growth together with GCSPs of focus accounts
  • Act as a key point of liaison for Area Focus Sector Committee Leaders and the Area Alliances team, in the delivery of alliance initiatives and GTM strategies across Focus Sectors working closely with key Alliance Relationship Directors
  • Coordinate with the Global Alliances team to support the Asia-Pacific activation of Focus Sector solutions and assets
  • Support development and distribution of monthly sector performance reporting and act as a key point of contact for Focus Sector Acceleration Committees
  • Work closely with Global / Area BMC and Knowledge functions to activate those initiatives relevant in Asia-Pacific leveraging global assets, activation campaigns and plans that enable the accelerated growth of Asia-Pacific focus sectors


Skills and attributes for success:

To qualify for the role you must have


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Strong executive presence and ability to deal comfortably with Area and Regional Leadership
  • Ability to work to aggressive deadlines, manage constraints and coordinate multiple complex projects and initiatives at one time
  • Strategic skills to develop long-term visions and the ability to translate them into actionable roadmaps
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent written English including ability to develop high-quality program materials/toolkits
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with virtual teams
  • Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
