The opportunity
The purpose of the global EY organization is to Build a Better Working World. The insights and services the organization provides help to drive long-term value for clients, people and society and to build trust in the capital markets. An essential function under EY Business Enablement, Supply Chain Services (SCS), is a global team with more than 600 professionals in over 35 countries supporting the EY organization across the globe. This structure helps enable knowledge-sharing across categories and regions, streamlining efforts in seeking innovative suppliers that can provide exceptional client service to maximize SCS’s value for the EY organization and the world's supply chain.
This position is within the Source to Settle Enablement (S2SE) team of SCS. S2SE's purpose is to build optimal source to settle solutions to drive financial success for EY and their clients. S2SE is responsible for managing key lifecycle activities from purchase requisitions to AP processing.
EY is undergoing a S2P Gold Standard transformation, scaling a next‑generation digital solutions and operating model across the S2P lifecycle, with AI and data at the core. This includes an implementation of SAP/Ariba Procurement Suite at the core of the digital transformation. As a Senior S2P Digital Solutions Delivery and Strategy Lead, you will drive the end-to-end design and deployment of S2P capabilities across the enterprise, considering the digital vision and roadmap for S2SE from ideation and solution design through verification, rollout and operational enablement. You will work together with the implementation teams across SCS, Finance, Business Functions, Technology, Risk, and others to deliver measurable value at enterprise scale.
Why this role matters
S2SE optimizes the source-to-settle lifecycle by delivering a best-in-class user experience, processes, and tools and by simplifying the source-to-settle process, reducing the administrative burden and driving working capital benefits and financial success for EY. The function will be undergoing a significant accelerated digital transformation, including implementation of a global supplier portal and new end to end buying experience, creating the foundation for AI‑driven productivity, resilience, compliance and cost outcomes.
Your key responsibilities
- Own the digital transformation strategy and multi‑year roadmap for S2SE, ensuring clear value, prioritisation and measurable outcomes.
- Act as functional product owner for End-to-End S2SE transformation, defining scope, shaping business requirements, signing off on design, and ensuring smooth transition to BAU.
- Driving solutions to enhance/automate processing efficiencies from contract, purchasing, and supplier invoice management.
- Lead the design, pilot and scale‑up of AI‑enabled capabilities (Virtual Concierge, auto-creation of purchase requests, GR-to-PO matching).
- Oversee solution validation and UAT, confirming features meet functional needs and deliver the intended business value.
- Partner with Technology to drive programme delivery, managing dependencies, risks, sequencing, benefits, and cross functional alignment.
- Strengthen data, analytics and governance working with the reporting team enabling better insights and decision making.
- Embed risk, controls, compliance and resilience into digital workflows, ensuring auditability, supplier risk integration, and alignment to policies and ISQM requirements.
- Lead operational tool/platform enablement including workflow modernisation, tool governance, and process design across regions.
- Produce strategic executive level communications.
- Drive change leadership and global adoption, ensuring readiness, communications, training and behaviour change across functions and geographies.
- Influence senior stakeholders across EY member firms, Technology, Finance, Risk, to align decisions and accelerate enterprise‑wide adoption.
Skills and attributes for success
- Drive Innovation and lead continuous improvement for S2SE including process, systems, and data, implementing best practices to reduce cost, increase quality and productivity and drive operational excellence to maximize benefits for SCS and the business functions
- Highly capable deploying enterprise scale S2P digital solutions, AI platforms and Procurement tools; able to translate business needs into data models, prompts/guardrails and user journeys.
- Experience embedding supplier risk, compliance, internal controls into digital workflows; designed for continuity and policy adherence.
- Practical knowledge integrating core KPIs into sourcing and supplier management solutions enabling maximum user acceptance.
- Understanding of key financial drivers, along with strong numerical skill sets
- Highly credible with senior stakeholders; lead cross‑functional teams; clear, executive‑grade storytelling and decision framing.
- Strong influencer capable of driving alignment with SCS and key senior stakeholders and leaders.
- The ability to drive change by building strong, trusting relationships across all levels of Supply Chain Services and with key stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Required
- 12+ years in S2P/Procurement / SC&O (Supply Chain & Operations), with 5+ years leading digital S2P transformation in a complex, global enterprise.
- Deep S2P platform experience (including SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, Ariba SLP, Ariba Risk, Ariba Buying and Ariba Business Network).
- Proven experience delivering a complex global S2P transformation involving SAP/Ariba solutions
- Demonstrable experience taking AI enabled procurement solutions from concept → pilot → scale
- Ownership of business requirements, UAT and benefit realization for multi‑region programs; strong product mindset and PMO fluency.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication and change leadership.
- Proven and extensive experience managing and leading global teams
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Be future driven, i.e. be prepared to question how things are done today, versus how they could be done in the future.
- Be ambitious and curious.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for project related meetings
- Ideally, you will also have
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills in business English.

Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. - We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,200 to $250,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $156,200 to $284,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
