Strategy and Transactions - EY Parthenon - Transaction Strategy & Execution – Digital Business Builder – Senior Manager (Multiple Positions) (1576286), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ. 

 

Lead a team of Strategy & Transaction professionals to provoke unconventional thinking to help organizations re-imagine and scale-up portfolios of digital centric business models, create end-to-end experience maps for product and service solutions, and continuously evolving visual designs through iterations and rapid prototyping. Provide leadership guidance on how to market research, validation, and whitespace analysis capabilities to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities.  
 
Provide support and advise on transactions in the Digital Strategy/ Transformation functional area. Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

 

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Analytics, Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field plus 8 years of related work experience (out of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience). Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Analytics, Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field plus 6 years of related work experience). 
 
Must have 5 years of experience in at least one or a combination of the following emerging technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Data Strategy, Analytics, IoT, AR/VR, RPA/Intelligent Automation and/or Cloud / Big Data. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience with visual design skills using at least one or combination of the following rapid design and prototyping tools including FIGMA, Sketch, AdobeCS, InVision, and/or Zeplin. 
 
Must have 6 years of experience working on large digital platforms in one or a combination of consulting, business advisory and/or technology firm. 
 
Must have 5 years of experience leading teams, including projects and engagement leadership across, goal setting, and performance reviews. 
 
Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% locally and 20% internationally to serve client needs.
