Consulting, Technology Consulting, Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST), Government and Public Sector SLED, UX/UI Designer (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1698078), EY Government Services LLC, Hoboken, NJ.
Help clients in the public and/or private sector to achieve their business objectives by focusing on delivering improved public services and technology-enabled transformation. Leverage web development techniques to create responsive user-friendly interfaces and rich applications. Create smart, effective, and engaging user experiences that drive experience transformation. Lead design discussions and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Create and translate schematic wireframes to high fidelity mock-up, iterate designs to ensure a great user experience and conduct user and stakeholder research and translate findings to experience maps, navigation models, wireframes, and prototypes. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, make strategic design and user experience decisions, and rapidly test and iterate designs.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Operations Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Operations Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Communications, Design, or a related field and 4 years of related experience.
Must have 4 years of experience working at a Consulting firm and/or Customer Experience practice in a multinational firm.
Must have 3 years of media management and/or digital creative experience in a client facing role.
Must have 3 years of experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Must have 3 years of experience with user-centered design and testing methodologies, including usability heuristics and inclusive design.
Must have 3 years of experience using design and prototyping software, including one or a combination of any of the following: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InDesign, Figma, InVision, UXPin, and/or similar design environments.
Must have 3 years of experience in written and oral presentations to client stakeholders.
Must have 3 years of experience working with web design best practices, usability patterns, and latest UI/UX trends.
Must have 1 year of experience in project management for engagements.
Requires domestic travel up to 30% of the time to serve client needs.
