The opportunity


Within EY’s Clients & Industries (C&I) function, the Demand Generation team drives dynamic pipeline growth and customer acquisition through meticulously curated experiences, events, content, and activation that is customized for our strategic relationships and channels. This approach, aligned with our brand, market insights, significant initiatives, and client purchasing behaviors, ensures we effectively foster customer growth from an industry perspective.


Responsible for driving the pipeline from strategy, content, experiences, campaigns to measurement, the Client Growth Senior Specialist will achieve transformational impact across a portfolio of industry and account communities. You will ensure our client servers' awareness and utilization of specific assets and best practices, supporting Clients & Industries (C&I) priorities including solutions and major initiatives.


These strategies will enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and generate leads across multiple channels by leveraging our comprehensive C&I capabilities and programs.

 

Key Responsibilities


In this senior role you will

 

  • Collaborate with Demand Generation Go To Market (GTM) leaders (e.g., Sustainability and AI) to help develop GTM strategies and activate them through Industry, Accounts, and Regional teams.
  • Develop clear pipeline and lead generation targets and activate an end-to-end pipeline drive from strategy, content, experiences, campaigns.
  • Share standards that client servers and sales professionals will follow to fill the pipeline, ensuring a transformational impact across client-serving communities, and promote awareness and activation of specific assets and best practices that support C&I's GTM priorities including Solutions and major initiatives.
  • Work with C&I’s technology experts to understand rapidly evolving technology and analytics capabilities in developing and delivering GTM assets.
  • Follow agreed KPIs to measure sales enablement execution, quality, efficiency, and impact of GTM plans, and employ robust quality review and ROI processes.
  • Collaborate with and support senior executives in C&I across Industries, Accounts, Regions, SLs, G&I, BMC, Technology, etc.
  • Actively engage in the Market and contribute to innovative ideas to evolve GTM techniques, keeping abreast of market trends, competitive intelligence, and latest technologies to propose enhancements to work methodologies.

The role of the Client Growth Senior Specialist necessitates a profound understanding of our clients' current and future needs, enabling us to devise and implement robust demand generation strategies and personalized experiences for our Premier and Strategic clients.


What we look for 


To succeed in this role you will be an experienced GTM professional with a market-making track record. You will have a proven ability to contribute to and implement strategic change in GTM activities. You will be capable of managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing while remaining adaptable to changing priorities across Regions, Industries, and Accounts.

 

Ideally you will also 


Have proven cross-functional teaming skills and an ability to quickly develop deep subject matter expertise and fluency to demonstrate client-serving excellence.

The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges.   • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $126,800 to $244,000.  The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $152,100 to $277,300.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
