About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable data solutions for clients across various industries.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop data platforms, and integrate data from diverse sources into reliable, high-quality systems.

This role requires strong expertise in Azure, Azure Databricks, and modern data architecture patterns such as Medallion Architecture and Delta Lakehouse, with a focus on delivering robust, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Design: Design of scalable data models and Lakehouse architecture
  • Data Pipeline Development: Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Data Transformation: Use PySpark, Scala, Spark SQL
  • DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD and IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Monitoring & Reliability: Ensure pipeline stability
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Work with cross-functional teams
  • Innovation: Evaluate new technologies

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering
  • Strong Azure data platform experience
  • Azure Databricks, ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Data Factory
  • Python (PySpark), SQL
  • Apache Spark, Kafka/Event Hubs
  • Airflow, dbt
  • Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub
