Summary:

Are you a recent graduate or a final-year student with a passion for software development and problem-solving? We are seeking motivated Technology Consulting Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to launch your career as a project management consultant, working on real projects and receiving hands-on training to develop and enhance custom solutions for our clients' systems.

About the Role: What We Do

As an intern, you'll be a key part of our Technology Consulting team, helping to implement and manage projects for our clients. You will learn to support coordinate cross-functional teams through full project life cycles – from planning and execution to post Go-live support. This is a great role for anyone who loves business processes as well as enterprise systems, and wants to use their business acumen to help clients on their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support project managers in tracking project progress and preparing status reports.
  • Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation and knowledge repositories.
  • Participate in project review sessions and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently a final-year student (in the last 6-9 months of study) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, MIS, etc.
  • Having foundational understanding of warehouse management, purchasing or operation management will be a strong plus
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
