Position title: Intern to Staff – Cloud & IT Infrastructure

The Opporutnity: 

Join EY’s Technology Consulting team as an Intern or Staff member specializing in Infrastructure & Cloud. This role is designed for early-career professionals eager to learn and contribute to cloud and infrastructure projects while developing technical and consulting skills.

What you’ll do: 

You’ll work with a team of consultants, led by an experienced Consultant, focusing on various aspects of engagements activities focusing on Technology domain.

• Support client meetings and workshops by assisting in gathering requirements and documenting findings.
• Assist in assessing existing IT infrastructure and cloud services under supervision.
• Help prepare reports and recommendations for infrastructure and cloud improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to support integration of cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in designing basic cloud solutions aligned with client needs.
• Support training sessions and workshops to learn and help educate clients on cloud technologies and ITSM basics.
• Stay informed about new trends and technologies in infrastructure, cloud, and ITSM.

What’ll make you successful: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding or coursework in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
