The opportunity 

As a People Advisory Services – Workforce Advisory Intern, you will support the team in delivering strategic people-related solutions to clients across various industries. You will gain hands-on experience in projects related to HR transformation, performance, talent optimization, workforce transactions & M&A, and rewards strategy.

 

Your key responsibilities 

  • Assist in preparing client deliverables, including proposals, presentations, and reports related to Workforce Advisory engagements.
  • Support market research on organizational structures, HR operating models, compensation & benefits, and workforce trends.
  • Support the analysis of client data (e.g., headcount, performance metrics, compensation structures) to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in internal workshops and client meetings to capture notes and support follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to the development of templates and frameworks used in consulting engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management and documentation.

 

To qualify for the role you must have 

  • Final-year students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Open to long-term career opportunities in consulting after graduation.
