We invite creative and innovative thinkers who are motivated by a “can do” attitude to apply for the following positions in HCMC office: HR Operations Associate. In this role, you will support the HR Operations and C&B functions by assisting with various administrative tasks, data management and process improvements. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and the effective administration of C&B activities

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits activities, SHUI, tax declaration, including expatriates’ management & work permit matters
  • Be in charge of intern allowance calculations, including but not limited to, time sheet, overtime, leave application, etc.
  • Statutory reports for government agencies
  • Monitor and process labor contract, probation, exit procedures
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits programs, providing timely and accurate information. 
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
  • Manage Amex Card and work directly with stakeholder and Bank.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, compensation, and benefits, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizing skills and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with data and generate reports
