Business Development Assistant (Japanese-speaking) in HCMC Office

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist Japan Business Service (JBS) of EY for business development activities (visit & meeting with clients, seminars/webinars,…). 
• Assist JBS team for client’s trouble shooting, project management and client’s relationship maintenance.
• Support translation of Newsletter, documents, reports and in the meeting between clients and internal teams.
• Other administrative tasks (if urgent and the executive assistant is not available)

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written Japanese (N2) and English (at minimum Business Level).
• Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Tax, Law or any business related major.
• Experience in strategic sales environment with a proven track record or accounting firms is a plus.
• Integrity in a professional environment.
