Business Analyst | HCMC Office

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Profitability Management (Profitability Framework). The candidate will play a critical role in bridging business requirements and technical implementation, delivering profitability and cost allocation solutions for Financial Services and Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Finance, Risk, HR, Admin, Procurement, IT, Operation…) to gather and document detailed business requirements related to profitability, cost allocation, and financial analytics.
• Analyze and design profitability models across multiple dimensions (e.g., product, customer, branch, channel).
• Define allocation methodologies for revenue and cost (direct, indirect, driver-based allocations…).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs for developing.
• Work closely with technical teams to define Data sourcing, Data modeling and mapping, allocation rules, profitability calculations
• Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy between source systems and Profitability system.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test case preparation and defect resolution.
• Participate in end-to-end solution delivery, from requirement gathering to production deployment.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability analytics using best practices and advanced methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or key users for profitability management in banking/financial services.
• Understanding:
  • Financial products (loans, deposits, cards, treasury, etc.)
  • Banking accounting and financial reporting concepts
• Experience working with:
  • Large data volumes
  • Complex financial datasets
