We are recruiting an Billing Accountant with the following requirements: 

I. Major Responsibilities:

1. In charge of Billing

• Issuing invoice
• Preparing billing report for service lines
• Resolving issues (if any) to speed up billing process

2. Reconciliation of accounts

• Preparing monthly tax return
• Reconcile revenue and VAT output
• Booking relevant journals

3. Auditing

• Providing document to auditors for the in-charged accounts
• Preparing report of balances with affiliates

4. Tax health check

• Managing account (Revenue/VAT output)
• Preparing supporting documents for transactions with affiliates.

II. Requirements

• Fresh graduated or 1-2 years of experience in similar business environment
• University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics or Banking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good at English, both spoken and written
• Excellent excel skill and proficiency in other MS office applications
• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule
