Social Media Manager and Marketing Coordinator

The opportunity 

 

The Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) function amplifies EY’s distinctive brand and activates growth programs, driving commercial value that delivers measurable business impact. We work together across our company in interdisciplinary teams to bring services and solutions to the market.

As the Social Media Manager and Marketing Coordinator you will focus on the activation of priority campaigns. This role is critical in helping deliver impactful go-to-market programs to grow pipeline and revenue, projects that strengthen EY´s employer brand and other initiatives that engage your colleagues in the Nordics. You will further promote and launch national marketing initiatives that underpin EY’s reputation, fuel our relationships, and help EY stand apart from the competition in your local market.

You will report to Nordic Head of Employee Communication and coordinate your work with the local BMC Lead.

This is a fixed-term position for family leave substitute until end of September 2026.

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Work with multiple teams across sectors, service lines and geographies to develop and execute leading programs and campaigns internally and externally
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring global and national EY campaigns to life
  • Develop and publish a range of strategic external and internal communications designed to connect with the firm’s values, goals and priorities. This includes content for social media, ey.com and internal channels, among others
  • Organize webinars and execute in-person/hybrid events for various audiences, leveraging different tools and formats for maximum engagement.
  • Support the development of thought leadership, articles, and market-facing content
  • Track and report ROI on all campaigns, programs, events, sponsorships and marketing efforts activated locally, supporting the field marketing manager role.

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • A marketing and communication professional with problem-solving skills and a flair for creativity.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand different facets of EY’s business and ways of working
  • Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Curious to leverage new MarTech and AI
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or relevant combination of experience and education
  • Excellent communication skills, speak and write fluently in English and Finnish
  • A growth and creative mindset, enjoying teamwork and being confident when recommending best practice to stakeholders
