The opportunity

EY is expanding its Nordic SAP practice as clients move from legacy ERP environments to SAP S/4HANA in large‑scale transformation programs. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of business change, helping organizations modernize their sales, distribution, logistics and procurement processes using SAP solutions.

You will join a high‑performing consulting team where technology, process and strategy come together. Supported by EY’s global SAP network and strong investments in AI and automation, you will work on complex transformation journeys that deliver tangible business value for clients across industries. At EY, we work in a flexible hybrid model, combining remote work, client engagements and time in the office. To support collaboration and team connection, this role involves regular presence at our Helsinki office.

Your role responsibilities

As an SAP Supply Chain Consultant, you will support end‑to‑end delivery in SAP implementation projects, focusing on Sales & Distribution (SD) and/or Materials Management (MM). You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand current‑state processes, gather requirements and shape SAP‑enabled solutions for sales, logistics, manufacturing and procurement.

Your role includes contributing to solution design, performing system configuration, and supporting testing, issue resolution and documentation for newly built solutions. You will collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure integrated, end‑to‑end processes and maintain high delivery quality through structured execution and clear communication within the consulting team.

Skills and attributes for success

To succeed in this role, you enjoy working in project environments where collaboration, ownership and adaptability are essential. You bring strong functional experience in SAP SD and/or MM and understand core sales, logistics or procurement processes. You are comfortable delivering as part of a team, managing your own tasks proactively and taking them through to completion.

You communicate effectively in English, work confidently with both business users and technical colleagues, and value teamwork across disciplines. You are curious, motivated to learn and enthusiastic about SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and new SAP capabilities.

Ideally, you’ll also

You may have hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts, or familiarity with modern SAP user interfaces. An interest in AI and Intelligent Automation—and how these can further optimize sales or supply chain processes—is also a plus.

What we look for

We are looking for professionals with relevant hands‑on experience implementing or supporting SAP SD and/or MM solutions in a project environment, ideally across S/4HANA or ECC landscapes. A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Technology supports your profile, along with professional working proficiency in English.
