What we're looking for
We seek a seasoned professional with a strong background in technology, business consulting, or risk management. You should have a proven track record in people and competency management. Your go-to-market capacity is crucial; we need someone who enjoys not only delivering but also engaging with clients. Experience in the Financial Services sector and a network within that area are significant pluses. Most importantly, you should have a passion for talent development and leadership, understanding the importance of aligning our offerings with client needs and future trends.
