Role Summary
The Talent Supervising Associate supports end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee engagement, and offboarding. The role ensures accurate processing, compliance with internal policies, and efficient delivery of talent processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, Contracting & Onboarding: Draft and issue employment contracts, coordinate onboarding, manage renewals and transfers.
- Employee Administration & HR Systems: Maintain Core HR records, manage documentation, support reporting and data accuracy.
- Payroll & Compensation Support: Prepare payroll inputs, coordinate salary and benefits processing.
- Employee Benefits & Welfare: Administer medical aid, pensions, insurance, and wellness programs.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage probation reviews, performance processes, exits, and retirements.
- Employee Engagement & Programs: Coordinate recognition programs, wellness and diversity initiatives.
- Policy Administration & Employee Support: Process loans, advances, and provide HR policy guidance.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and risk processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of local labour laws
- Sound business, client, team and personal leadership skills including verbal communication and presentation skills
