We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Strategy and Transaction (SaT) team. Our area includes transaction support, corporate finance, feasibility studies and financial advice among others.
Your key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery across SaT engagements, including valuations, financial modelling, transaction diligence, feasibility studies, business planning, market research and corporate finance advisory work.
- Assist with valuations and financial analysis for M&A, investment analysis, financial reporting, tax, strategic decision-making and project finance purposes.
- Support transaction diligence work by analysing financial information, identifying key trends, risks and value drivers, and assisting with the preparation of due diligence findings.
- Conduct company, industry, market and economic research to support transaction advice, business plans, feasibility studies and client presentations.
- Assist in building, reviewing and updating financial models, including forecasts, scenario analysis, valuation models and transaction-related analyses.
- Prepare clear and well-structured client deliverables, including reports, proposals, presentations, financial models, teasers and information memoranda.
- Work with managers and senior team members to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines and deliver accurate, well-supported outputs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, clients and external advisers while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism and strong client service standards.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, market scans, client research and internal capability materials.
- Use current technology and tools to improve the efficiency, quality and insightfulness of our work.

- A good understanding of financial statements, business analysis, valuation principles and corporate transactions.
- Ability to work across different types of SaT assignments and adapt quickly to new sectors, clients and workstreams.

- Good problem-solving ability and confidence in working with data, financial information and commercial insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.

Qualifications for the role:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Actuarial studies, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or a related field.
- CA(Z), CFA, or progress towards a relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and in particular excel
- Exposure to valuations, due diligence, deal support, feasibility studies, business planning or financial analysis would be advantageous.
