  • The opportunity
  • Manage one of the biggest and comprehensive transformation projects in Vietnam covering from Vision=> Strategies=> Business Architecture=> Solution Architecture => Process Design => System fundamental design
  • Manage diverse project team of 100+ professionals, including both local experts and international specialists with diversified expertise including Strategics, Business process, Risk and compliance management, Audit
  • This role offers strong exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments and provides an excellent platform to develop your capabilities in not only project management but also capable to lead a transformation process for an organization in the transformation, Automation are
  • Gain diversified experience in both Strategy development,  Business operation ( Process design) and IT  ( Solution, Data, Cyber, Infra).  How to develop Vision and Strategy and how to realized vision and strategies via system and operation transformation.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager and take ownership of assigned workstreams in consulting projects within the financial services sector
  • Act as a day-to-day contact point for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements
  • Assist in developing and managing project plans (scope, timeline, and resources) for assigned workstreams
  • Monitor project progress and support delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outputs
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues, and contribute to resolution efforts
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare and contribute to client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and status updates
  • Support the organization and facilitation of project meetings, workshops, and working sessions
  • Ensure effective communication flows within the project team and with client counterparts
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior team members and interns
  • Contribute to improving project management processes and delivery efficiency
  • Support business development activities, including research and proposal preparation

 

  • To qualify for the role, candidates must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or related fields (preferably in financial services/banking/insurance/fintech)
  • Strong understanding of Accounting, Auditing, Finance, and Consulting practices
  • Demonstrated ownership with ability to manage workstreams and deliver quality outcomes
  • Experience in stakeholder and client management, including senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic leadership/coordination and mentoring capability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with ability to develop client-ready materials
