In Vietnam, the BMC team drives and supports a broad range of activities across brand management, external and internal communications, client-facing events, creative services, and other integrated go-to-market initiatives. Working in BMC offers exposure to a dynamic professional services environment, where you can build practical marketing and communications capabilities in multiple workstreams while collaborating with colleagues across service lines, functions and regional or global teams.

And we’re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.

Join EY Vietnam’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team and support the production, editing and management of multi-channel digital content across social media, website, email/newsletters, multimedia content and video communications.

This is a hands-on senior execution role for a content and communications professional who enjoys working directly with content, and can contribute beyond basic task execution. The role is suited to someone who can manage assigned workstreams from brief to delivery, translate business inputs into clear and audience-appropriate content, coordinate with stakeholders and production partners, and help improve the quality and effectiveness of digital communications over time.

Position: Executive to Senior Executive - Social Media & Digital Communications

  • Coordinate assigned content workstreams from brief to delivery, working with relevant stakeholders, to ensure quality outputs delivered on time;
  • Support content quality control, including review of clarity, accuracy, consistency, formatting, source information, brand alignment and basic risk/compliance considerations before publication or distribution;
  • Maintain relevant content plans, trackers and materials, monitor basic performance indicators where available, and contribute practical observations to improve future digital communications execution.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong writing and editing skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to turn business inputs and technical topics into clear, structured and audience-appropriate content;
  • Good content judgment and visual sense, with the ability to adapt messages across social media, website, email/newsletters, multimedia and video communications;
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to check content quality, formatting, links, source information, brand consistency and basic compliance requirements before publication;
  • Ability to manage multiple content deliverables under deadlines, take ownership of assigned workstreams and coordinate input or feedback from different stakeholders;
  • Collaborative mindset, responsiveness, curiosity and willingness to learn across digital communications, content production, creative formats and broader BMC workstreams.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Multimedia, Design, Business or a related field;

  • Strong written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
  • Practical working knowledge of MS 365 applications, and familiarity with basic content production, creative or digital communications tools;
  • Experience coordinating content with multiple stakeholders and managing content-related tasks from brief to delivery.

Ideally, you will also have

  • Experience in professional services, B2B marketing, corporate communications, media, digital/social agency, creative agency or other content-led business environments;
  • Familiarity with social media formats and content practices, especially LinkedIn and Facebook;
  • Experience working with website content updates, email/newsletter production, multimedia assets, event recap content or short-form video communications;
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, social scheduling tools, email/newsletter platforms, website content management tools or basic analytics platforms;
  • Understanding of brand, approval, quality control and basic risk considerations in a corporate communications environment.

What you can develop in this role

Over time, you can broaden your capability across integrated digital communications, content governance, performance tracking, stakeholder coordination and campaign support, while developing the judgment and ownership expected of a senior hands-on communications professional.
