Senior Associate - Business Transformation Architecture| Hanoi Office

1. The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join EY Vietnam’s Business transformation architecture team. You will support consulting engagements for companies in various sectors in complex topics within the business include: business restructuring and transformation, organizational design, process reengineering, development of governance tools including the implementation of emerging information technologies. 

2. Key Responsibilities 

As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of EY local and international teams to deliver consulting engagements in Business transformation sector. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Conduct research, data collection and analysis on sectors/industries and leading practices for each topics 

• Conduct data collection and analysis based clients’ data and information 

• Conduct or support interviews, consultation meetings, workshops and discussions 

• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of reports, presentations 

• Coordinate with other IT teams or solutions providers to develop deliverables for clients 

• Provide guidance and monitor assignments prepared by junior team members 

• Support day-to-day project management, including work planning, progress tracking, document management, logistics and administrative coordination. 

• Assist in preparing proposals, and other pursuit materials. 

3. Required qualifications 

     We are looking for a motivated, analytical and collaborative candidate who is interested in solving complex business management challenges. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business analysis, Management information system, Data science or related fields. Master’s degree in related fields is preferred. 

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, advisory, or other reputation companies 

• Understanding of business and company operation and management 

• Strong research, analytical thinking, problem-solving 

• Understanding and experience related to the following topics are preferred: enterprise architecture, IT solutions in business operation and management, data structure & data management 

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 

• Strong written and verbal communication. 

• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. 

• Ability to work effectively in teams, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
