We invite highly motivated candidates to apply for the following position in Hanoi office:
Legal Counsel for General Counsel Office (GCO)
Your key responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts.
- Provide legal advisory services on various subjects to business.
- Manage mandatory reporting, licensing and other regulatory compliance for the firm’s business operations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal support for various projects and initiatives.
- Develop and deliver legal related training programs to business.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Law School Degree,
- Advanced English,
- 7-10 years (postgraduate) of legal experience in inhouse office or law firm,
- Proven track record in commercial law matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate, data protection, and compliance matter,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Business Partner mindset, Solution-oriented advising,
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
