The opportunity: Billing Accountant

Major Responsibilities

• In charge of Billing

+ Issuing invoice

+ Preparing billing report for service lines

+ Resolving issues (if any) to speed up billing process

• Reconciliation of accounts

+ Preparing monthly tax return

+ Reconcile revenue and VAT output

+ Booking relevant journals

• Auditing

+ Providing document to auditors for the in-charged accounts

+ Preparing report of balances with affiliates

• Tax health check

+ Managing account (Revenue/VAT output)

+ Preparing supporting documents for transactions with affiliates.

Requirements

• Fresh graduated or 1-2 years of experience in similar business environment
• University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics or Banking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good at English, both spoken and written
• Excellent excel skill and proficiency in other MS office applications
• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule
