You will join a growing Singapore-based team supported by a global network of HR technology specialists and delivery professionals.


The Opportunity

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant within our HR Technology team, you will work closely with clients to design and implement HR technology solutions that improve employee experiences and enable more efficient HR operations.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, helping bridge the gap between HR business requirements and technology solutions. You will be supported by experienced consulting professionals and a dedicated offshore configuration team while developing deep expertise in leading HR technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Support and deliver HR technology implementation projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and future-state processes.
  • Analyze and document HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including:
    • Recruitment and onboarding
    • Core HR and employee administration
    • Performance and talent management
    • Learning and development
    • Compensation and rewards
    • Workforce planning
    • Offboarding and employee transitions
  • Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
  • Work closely with offshore configuration and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Participate in solution reviews, system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
  • Support data migration, reporting, integrations, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Assist clients in adopting new ways of working enabled through HR technology.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with HR leaders, HR operations teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.
  • Manage project activities and contribute to successful project outcomes.
  • Support project governance, status reporting, and issue resolution.

Learning and Capability Development

  • Develop expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and other leading HR technology platforms.
  • Participate in formal and on-the-job training programs.
  • Pursue relevant certifications and continuous professional development.
  • Stay current with evolving HR technology trends and leading practices.

Business Development and Practice Growth

  • Support proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market research, and solution development.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Contribute to building and growing EY's HR Technology practice in Singapore and across the region.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3-5 years of HR, HR Operations, HR Transformation, or HR Technology experience.
  • Hands-on experience working within Singapore HR environments.
  • Knowledge of local HR practices, employment regulations, and HR operating models.
  • Experience using enterprise HR systems such as:
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • Workday
    • Oracle HCM
    • UKG
    • Ceridian Dayforce
    • or similar HR solutions
  • Experience as a system administrator, super user, process owner, or business lead for HR systems would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, or HR transformation initiatives is beneficial but not required.
