Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


Should have the technical excellence to achieve the following: 

Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients  
Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound leads - strategically selling the company's various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner  
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing  
Respond to RFP's / client questions and concerns, follow up on quotations  
Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients  
Build cross functional relationships within the prospect in order to penetrate the account further by focusing on director/ C-level engagement  
Collaborate with marketing team to develop Enterprise lead generation plans  
Other Sales/BD oriented activities and initiatives in line with business strategy 


Qualification


To Qualify for the Role  

Preferably a post graduate  
Must be capable of running Sales cycle end to end including independant closure of deals as an individual contributor 
Must be well connected with HR Leaders and Procurement Leaders 
Demonstrated excellent client relations, interpersonal and communication skills, through which you can influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 
Ability to work under pressure and outcome oriented environment 
Must have thorough understanding pricing strategies / models 
Understanding of pricing strategies 
Experience


PAN India B2B enterprise sales Experience in Background Screening / Human Resource services/solutions with connects with Key Senior HR stakeholders and Procurement 
Proven track record of meeting / exceeding aggressive sales targets 
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close following the different stages of sales funnel 
Monitoring sales and market trends within specific industries 
Experience in demand generation for both sustained ongoing services and project related sales 
Coordinating delivery of product or services 
Well connected with HR Leaders and Procurement Leaders
