The opportunity : Senior Consultant-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance - Gurgaon
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Understanding the business requirements:
Collaborate with the business units to gather and analyse the project requirements.
Conducting market research to identify trends and best practices in procurement.
Drafting request for proposal documents/scope of work basis discussion with the business unit and Procurement team.
Assist the procurement team in conducting discussions and finalizing the scope of services.
Assist the procurement team in evaluation of the suppliers based on parameters defined by the Procurement team.
Assist the procurement team in conducting procurement activities in compliance with the company policies and in maintaining a monthly tracker of all procurements conducted by the procurement team based on the data made available.
Conducting vendor spend data analytics on a periodic basis based on the data shared by the client.
Reviewing and updating the Procurement Policy along with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Procurement Policy.
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain functions, preferably in the financial services or BFSI sector.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Proven ability to handle end-to-end procurement activities independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and procurement software/tools.
Ability to join immediately or within a notice period of less than 30 days.
Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi.
