We help our clients in identifying and managing the interplay between upside and downside risk in order to make the long-term decisions to prevent risk and impact on their organization's ability to meet its future business strategy and objectives. The 3 key fields of play are :
Enterprise Risk - helps clients identify and address key risk areas, while building the agility to respond quickly. The areas of focus include Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance and Internal controls
Technology Risk - helps clients to achieve sustainable growth by supporting their efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders. EY teams accomplish this by assessing the technology risks that are introduced to businesses.
Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- General purpose of this role: The goals of the CLM Implementation Consultant (IC) are to provide product recommendations, configurations, technical expertise of CLM Product available in the market. Ensuring proactive communication to clients and internal staff and managing requirements and escalations and capability to understand simple to complex business requirements and design a technical solution to meets those needs. The IC drives projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the solution. The IC will play a critical role in the success of the Business Consulting team. We are expanding a world class Business Consulting organization that already has a proven track record of working with Fortune 500 companies. The candidate will be responsible for high quality assurance of work throughput along with service delivery for the assigned project(s). Major duties and responsibilities: Understand Governance Services & Contract Management Services capabilities and solutions Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solution to be delivered Facilitate technical discussions and white boarding for project and technical solutions from one to many CLM applications Determine the scope of the implementation and the resources required to successfully complete the work Identify use cases, roles and other business requirements for each project Produce and manage client-facing documentation Conduct implementation pilots and help customer envision final solution Train new clients on the essentials of systems to get them started on implementations Identify areas for process improvement within the organization and make recommendations to Management Produce technical proposals Demonstrate industry expertise (deep understanding of the industry, emerging trends, issues/challenges, key players & leading practices). Actively establish & strengthen client (functional heads & key influencers) and internal relationships. Frequently engage with client stakeholders and senior leadership through written and verbal communication. Develop strong working relationships with client (process owners / functional heads) Help in the development of IP for Governance Services & Contract Management Services capabilities and solutions – Assist in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives. Display teamwork, integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements. Foster teamwork and innovation - Actively encourage team members to contribute ideas. Drive performance management for self and team. Skills and abilities: Strong ability & inclination to work on simple to complex documents with focus to achieve high degree of quality and accuracy. Ideal candidates would have a strong background in software development and Software-as-a-Service systems Proven ability to understand complex domain problems and create proof of concept (PoC) rapidly. Must have experience working with Enterprise Customer contacts Experience in CLM products and Support tools like Icertis, Agiloft, GEP/ Conga would be good to have Knowledge of contracts and outsourcing industry including ITO, ADM / AMS, ITES, EUC, Software development & BPO would be good to have Ability to understand and analyse contract / financial / performance data Excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and teams Process oriented – Ability to learn & understand new processes and contribute in various disciplines of Governance Services & Contract Management Services. Well conversant with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and usage of Internet. Communication Skills – Ability to interact comfortably on telephone, conference calls and through emails with Client Personnel, Client Service Providers and any Onsite team. Effective Time management – Ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision / guidance. Flexible on timings and willingness to work in an unstructured environment. Minimum Education and Experience: Educational Qualification – Post graduates, LLM / CFA / MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA. Overall experience of 4-6 years or more. At least 4 years of relevant experience in managing outsourcing contracts. At least 5 years of experience in directly interacting with client and senior leadership team. Currently working in supervisory position (Assistant Manager or above) handling more than 10 people. Prior experience in KPO / BPO or IT industry. Added advantage (not a decision factor) French, German, Spanish or any other foreign language skills (Comprehensively Speak, Read & Write) Exposure to ISO 27001 / 31000 / SAS70 / SSAE / ISAE standards Six Sigma Green Belt trained PMP Trained or Certified ITIL Trained or Certified IACCM Trained or Certified Currently handling a project independently (size irrespective)
