Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

ypically need to demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

In-depth Knowledge of the IT Industry: Understand the latest technologies, software development practices, and IT roles. Familiarity with the specific demands of the GCC market is crucial.

Technical Screening Skills: Ability to assess technical skills and knowledge of candidates effectively. This may include understanding of coding languages, development methodologies, and software lifecycle processes.

Experience with GCC Hiring Practices: Knowledge of the legal and cultural aspects of recruiting in the GCC countries, including work permits, relocation issues, and local employment laws.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Assessment and Interviewing Techniques: Proficiency in conducting technical interviews and coordinating technical assessments to ensure candidates meet the required standards of technical excellence.

Talent Sourcing Strategies: Experience with sourcing techniques that attract top-tier IT talent, including passive candidate sourcing and headhunting.

Recruitment Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment software that aid in the search for high-quality candidates.

6-9 years TA experience
