The opportunity : Project Analyst 

Skills and attributes to qualify for the role you must have
 

Qualification : Any Graduation

Experience : 3 Months to 1 Year experience

Roles and responsibility

• Voice Role: Primarily focused on handling international customer inquiries and issues through voice calls.
• Upselling: Requires the ability to identify upselling opportunities and integrate them into customer interactions.
• Sales Pitch Flexibility: Should be adaptable and flexible in adjusting sales pitches based on customer responses and needs.
• Inbound Operations: Deals with incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

**This role is a FTE role for 12 Months to be based at client site**

You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
