The key fields of play are:

  • Deliver profitable revenue through identifying and managing follow-on engagement opportunities and generating new client opportunities, collaborating on business development and account management efforts, and developing lasting relationships with clients
  • Lead the delivery of transformation projects, demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities (Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
  • Develop, shape and deliver programs of work from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively, and managing and mitigating all risks and issues
  • Purpose, Culture and Leadership - Align leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose and operating model, adapting to the changing needs of their customers and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.
    Your key responsibilities

    Technical Excellence
  • Proficient in applying general consulting methodologies to drive strategic initiatives and improve client outcomes. Experienced in data analysis and interpretation to support effective decision-making processes. Skilled in developing innovative solutions tailored to meet client needs within the CNS-PC-Talent service line. Adept at leveraging industry best practices and frameworks to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Prior Ops model, HC cost and Operations experience in TMT sector
