Manager/Senior Manager– Digital HR – EMEIA Centre of Excellence, People Advisory Services

The opportunity

 

Our Digital HR offering is one of our key growth areas within PAS, focusing on assisting clients build Digital HR functions that are business-focused, cost-effective, and agile in meeting the needs of all of their stakeholders.  Key to many of our HR Transformation engagements is the identification, evaluation and deployment of the right technology to support our clients’ business agenda.

Digital HR for EY PAS has 3 dimensions – Tech where IP is owned by EY, Tech through Strategic Alliances with market leaders and SI/App Dev Support for Large Enterprise HRMS providers.

We are looking for someone to own, manage and build the first 2 dimensions by not only building/managing a team of Sales and Customer Success professionals but also building Content, Sales and Marketing strategies to become the largest HR Tech Consultant in the country.

We need a passionate, driven leader who can help envision, articulate and implement the HR Tech practice strategy in India and help grow the EMEIA Digital HR practice as well.

  

Your key responsibilities

  • Development & delivery of innovative Digital HR solutions, including but not limited to AI, RPA, Chatbots, IOT, HR SaaS, and HR Applications in pursuit of digitising HR services
  • Contribute thought leadership in the area of Tech enabled Employee Lifecycle Management and enhancement of EX in the process
  • Development of detailed transformation roadmaps, develop risk mitigation, governance, & investment plans
  • Manage implementation of technology products in client environments
  • Lead Change management and communication initiatives to support the technology adoption with employee bases.
  • Helping clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills to provide supporting evidence and appropriate rationale
  • Supporting the growth of the EMEIA Digital HR practice
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers, and act as a visible role model for our community

To qualify for the role you must have

 

You will have already achieved outstanding personal success in your current job and established yourself as an experienced management consultant and HR Technologist with design and implementation experience in the following areas:

  • Development of HR Technology strategy, value propositions and business cases for HR Transformation/HR IT programs
  • Experience of delivering Digital HR initiatives such as AI, RPA, Chatbots, IOT, Blockchain, HR SaaS, and HR Applications such as Oracle, SAP, Successfactors, Darwinbox etc
  • Client engagement including trusted advisor; solution expert; and project execution
  • Responsibility for large scale HR Technology solution design and delivery
  • Development of strategic business/HR relationships with C-suite decision makers.
  • Management of senior stake holders, provide constructive challenge and robust advice to the senior management including C-suite
  • Lead business development and client pursuit efforts with a strong insight of the market and purchasing trends
  • Preferably carry experience of working with HR Tech (SAAS) Players in Sales and Customer Success along with strong advisory experience
  • Certification with one HR technology is preferred.

 

 Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Relevant professional experience, including for example previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s) in an international environment
  • Personal success in current job with experience in one or more of our capabilities (see above)
  • Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification
