Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proficiency in MS EJob Title: Internal Audit Manager Location: Gurgaon Department: Internal Audit ________________________________________ Job Purpose: The Internal Audit Manager will lead audits across statutory compliance, procurement, and operational functions. The role focuses on compliance audits, procurement audits, admin and travel audits, ledger reconciliations and MIS reporting, ensuring robust controls and cost efficiency. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Statutory Compliance & Ledger Audits
• Ledger Reconciliation in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with financial requirements.
• Review GST and other compliances, ensuring all statutory obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify compliance gaps, report findings, and drive corrective actions. Operational & Expense Audits
• Perform audits of Admin, CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Hotel, Air, and Cab travel expenses to ensure adherence to internal policies and optimal cost management.
• Detect irregularities or fraud and recommend preventive controls. Procurement Audit
• Review procurement processes end-to-end — vendor selection, purchase orders, contracts, and payments.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and highlight risks like overpricing, duplicate orders, or non-compliance.
• Validate procurement documentation and approvals for transparency and fairness. MIS & Reporting
• Develop and present MIS reports on audit results, compliance status and operational expense trends for management review.
• Provide data-driven insights to support governance and strategic decisions. Process Improvement & Risk Management
• Continuously assess and improve audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk management processes. ________________________________________ Key Result Areas (KRAs): ? Accurate and timely ledger reconciliation in SAP. ? Full compliance with GST and other compliance regulations. ? Effective and regular procurement audits with actionable outcomes. ? Comprehensive audits of Admin, Travel, CAM, and other operational expenses. ? Timely delivery of insightful MIS reports. ? Measurable improvement in controls and risk mitigation post-audit. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Experience:
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance / Operations) / M.Com with 6–10 years of internal audit experience, including statutory, procurement, and operational audits.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP for ledger reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance (GST, PF, ESI, leaves) and procurement best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power point, SAP ERP, and MIS tools. ________________________________________ Key Skills:
