Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • Job Purpose Responsible for managing and executing the corporate travel program, ensuring smooth travel operations, compliance, cost control, vendor coordination, and traveler support. Key Responsibilities 1. Monitor air refund files (Travel reports, cancellation follow-ups, cancellation requests). 2. Monitor hotel refunds and ensure timely processing. 3. Manage EY user administration (onboarding, offboarding, access updates). 4. Conduct training sessions for Executive Assistants (EAs). 5. Handle travel exit clearance for employees. 6. Monitor air fare deviations and ensure policy compliance. 7. Provide deviation approvals for forex requests. 8. Manage vendors and monitor their performance. 9. Manage and coordinate EY travel team activities. 10. Review monthly MIS reports (Air & Hotel) for accuracy and insights. 11. Handle and resolve escalations related to travel operations. 12. Escalate EY IT system issues in real-time. 13. Ensure adherence to corporate travel policy and guidelines. 14. Track travel expenses, refunds, and reconciliation. 15. Provide traveler and stakeholder support for travel-related queries. 16. Analyze travel data to improve cost efficiency. 17. Coordinate with finance, HR, IT, and procurement teams. Key Skills - Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations - Vendor management and stakeholder coordination - Data analysis and MIS reporting - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle escalations and multitask - Proficiency in Excel and travel systems

 


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field

Experience

  • Relevant experience in corporate travel management or travel desk operations
