CBS - TAL - Talent Development : 
As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence

- diagnose issues and recommend strategic talent development initiatives.

Roles & responsibilities:
- Be the one point of contact for Leadership on all Talent related matters
- Design and execute various Talent initiatives to drive greater awareness and uptake on Talent processes
- Create Partner Matters dashboards on monthly basis and enable business to take inclusive decisions
- Drive performance management process for leadership – 2 cycles in the year with greater compliance and 100% goal setting
- Engage with leadership to ensure smooth on-boarding and consistent experience for partner hires
- End to end management of Partner promotion process (requires month long travel to Mumbai at a stretch)
- Designing policies which are inclusive and propagating the same till the last employee through innovative campaigns
- Deploying various leadership development interventions targeted to leadership including mentoring, career sponsorship, coaching, wellbeing, etc.
- Driving compliance on various mandatory inclusive learning programs, wellbeing offerings, benefits, etc.
- Study best practices and bring in innovation
- Create high-quality document preparation, presentation, collaterals, frameworks, review documents
To qualify for the role, you must have
