Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Position: Executive – HR Insights & Operations We are looking for a strong HR professional with experience across HR operations, reporting, and programme management, along with a sound understanding of the employee lifecycle and hire-to-retire processes. This role will play a key part in supporting HR Business Partners and business leaders through data-driven insights, workforce analytics, structured reporting, and operational support. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, advanced Excel-based reporting skills, and the ability to translate complex data and operational updates into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for leadership teams and stakeholders. ? Key Responsibilities Support HR Business Partners and business leaders through data-driven insights, analytics, and reporting to enable informed people and business decisions Manage and support key HR operational processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, ensuring process discipline, governance, and policy compliance Drive and coordinate HR programmes and operational initiatives, with strong focus on stakeholder alignment, execution tracking, and timely delivery Develop and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and management reports using Excel; analyse trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Prepare leadership presentations, storyboards, and executive summaries by synthesizing HR data, operational updates, and key workforce insights Support workforce planning, talent discussions, engagement initiatives, and leadership reviews through structured analytics and reporting Collaborate closely with HRBPs and leadership teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across people metrics and HR processes Ensure data accuracy, reporting governance, and timely delivery of periodic and ad-hoc management information requests ? Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, HR Reporting, or HR Analytics roles, preferably within a large or matrixed organisation Sound understanding of hire-to-retire processes, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR governance Strong programme management capability, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive disciplined execution Strong analytical and reporting capability using Excel, with experience in dashboards, data analysis, trend identification, and insight generation Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with the ability to create impactful leadership presentations and business-ready narratives Experience supporting HR Business Partners or leadership teams through reporting, analytics, and operational insights will be preferred ? Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Proficiency in Excel, including dashboards, trackers, reporting, and data synthesis Strong PowerPoint presentation and storytelling skills Ability to interpret HR data and convert it into meaningful business insights Strong programme management and execution skills with attention to detail Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capability Ability to work closely with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders Structured thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
