The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.
The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.
Your key responsibilities
Level : Executive ( 3 + years of experience)
Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective employer branding strategy aligned to EY’s Talent agenda
- Design and execute a comprehensive Campus branding framework for the organisation. This will include planning, organizing, and executing various campus interventions to position EY as an employer of choice (career events, information sessions, leadership talks, business case competitions, etc)
- Develop content to showcase organisation’s culture, career opportunities, values, benefits
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns including developing engaging and relevant content for various social media channels
- Lead EY’s participation in external recognitions and awards
Experience
- Individuals with employer branding experience including creating branding strategy, social media, campus engagement, etc
- Experience as employer branding expert or social media manager in a professional services/ financial services organisation will be preferred
- Proven experience in project management
Skill set
- Exceptional story boarding and campaign design capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
