ASU - Other - Resource Scheduling :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


Executive - Resource Management Required Experience - • 5 to 10 years Required Soft skills- • Confident & comfortable with handling managerial & executive level communications related To resource allocations and deployment • Executing to complete projects\ roll out reports as per assigned timelines • An eye for detail and quick learner - Ensure that as an approach all defined allocation protocols & Resourcing protocols setup are followed • Strong communication skills (oral and written) • Strong organization skills and ability to design and follow systematic processes Job Responsibilities- Nature of Work- · Update “Retain” Resource management tool for Assurance · Coordinate with Audit resources extensively- Involves calling up individual resources/ Audit Managers to validate data and communicate assignments as required · Preparing and publishing excel reports as per reporting calendar To understand and record, using the appropriate tools, the following for the internal people • Assess team options and make decisions on staffing assignments & Communicate appropriately • Proactively understand the pipeline of work with current and potential clients • Work with the staffing leads and recruiting leads to identify and monitor capacity • Current and future staffing levels as they evolve over the project duration, and staffing constraints, if any Additionally: • Make scheduling tool assignments as needed in coordination with the scheduling lead • Create and monitor weekly/monthly/YTD reports and highlight exceptions to appropriate people • Conduct periodic training on staffing tools and process for new staff • Monitor and facilitate staffing transitions for long-term staffed roles • Collaborate with HR team to support staffing, learning and HR initiatives as required
