Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Work hands-on as an IC Create scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines, and other artifacts required to develop and evolve designs for a set of products, tools, and services.
Understand and document clients’ business processes and requirements, developing personas, customer journey and interviewing various users to gather required information
Advocate for design in context of business and user goals.
Handle complex design problems and have a proven ability to create sophisticated and elegant solutions.
Outstanding communication/presentation skills to tell your design stories to fellow designers, developers, product management, and C-level execs.
Play a critical and strategic role in the product-making process and inspire a team to be the driver for change. This person is well versed in all stages of the product development cycle for complex enterprise solutions, has a solid user-centered and product design process, and has a diverse and extensive portfolio.
Develop Sector focus (understanding of the industry, trends, issues/challenges & key players)
Facilitate and hands-on work on strategic design direction for multiple feature areas
Solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways, blending together brand personality and visual to create delightful experiences.
Work closely and constructively with Design Leaders, Project Managers and Software Engineering to ensure overall business strategy is on track and smooth delivery of designs.
Self-motivated and driven to get the details right.
Ability to multi-task on multiple features
Contribute on multiple projects end-to-end and be a strong experience stakeholder partnering closely with Designer, Research, Engineering, Project Managers on product goals by working together as a squad.
Ability to analyse and work through complex problems
Fair competence in research methodologies (Primary and Secondary research)
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field
5–10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in agile product environments
Strong portfolio that showcases your process and outcomes across UX and UI projects
Solid understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility standards
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, etc.
Experience working in agile teams, participating in sprints, and collaborating with developers
Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate design rationale clearly
A self-starter mindset with a bias for action — able to independently manage time, stakeholders, and deliverables
Experience
We’re looking for a Mid to Senior-Level UI/UX Designer who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, has a strong user-centered mindset, and can move between strategy and execution with ease. You’ll not only design great interfaces and flows but also take ownership of product decisions — collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders. In some cases, you’ll be expected to wear a mini Product Owner hat — helping prioritize features, define user journeys, and ensure the end product meets both user and business goals.
Ideal candidates will have:
Hands-on experience designing end-to-end journeys for web or mobile platforms, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or similar digital product environments
Exposure to working alongside or as a Product Owner/Manager — defining user stories, prioritizing feature backlogs, or aligning business goals with user needs
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) — not to code, but to collaborate more effectively with developers
A track record of contributing to or maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
Bonus: Leadership experience — whether mentoring junior designers or leading design sprints
