The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.
The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Demonstrated ability to implement efficient HR operations processes that enhance talent acquisition strategies. Proficient in analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize talent attraction efforts and reduce time-to-fill. Experience in utilizing data-driven approaches to consult on workforce planning and talent management. Adept at leveraging technology to streamline candidate sourcing and selection processes. Strong understanding of industry trends to inform innovative strategies for attracting top talent. Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms to identify potential candidates for technical roles. Conduct thorough research to understand the tech landscape and identify key talent pools. Engage with candidates through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to build relationships and assess their fit for open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment. Assist in developing and implementing innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse candidates. Proven experience as a sourcer or recruiter, preferably in the tech industry. Strong understanding of job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and sourcing tools. Familiarity with technical roles and the skills required for various positions in the tech sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously. Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software. Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and sourcing effectiveness.

- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
- "Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field."
