CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership :

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide  consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • Position Overview EY is seeking a seasoned Business Development/Sales professional with 10+ years of experience to drive growth in our North India GCC accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consulting sales, focusing on strategic client relationships and revenue expansion in the GCC sector. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within North India GCC accounts, targeting high-value engagements. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Lead RFP responses, proposal development, and deal negotiations to secure consulting projects. Collaborate with delivery teams to align sales strategies with client needs and service offerings. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while expanding existing account revenue. Required Qualifications 10+ years of BD/Sales experience in consulting firms (preference for Big 4 or Tier-1 consultancies like EY, Deloitte, Accenture). Deep understanding of GCC operations, challenges, and buying cycles in North India. Demonstrated success in closing multimillion-dollar deals in IT services, digital transformation, or managed services. Strong network within North India GCC ecosystem (e.g., leaders from Uber, Computacenter, or similar). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience selling forensic, TPRM, treasury operations, or compliance services. Familiarity with DPDP Act, Labour Code, and GCC-specific regulations. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics. Location: North India (Delhi/NCR preferred) with travel to GCC client sites.
