Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Job Description Job Title: Executive/Assistant Manager – Talent acquisition & Contractual resource hiring Procurement Job Location(s): Gurgaon Direct Reports: None Role & Responsibilities 1. Manage RFP/RFQ 2. Co-ordinate with Internal Customers for Specifications/BOQ finalization 3. Co-ordinate with vendors to timely submit proposal 4. New vendor selection and empanelment as per EY process guidelines 5. Ensuring Procure to Pay Process is followed for all transactions in the Procurement Tool. 6. Ensure Procurement Policy guidelines are met with formal approvals and deviation approvals wherever necessary. 7. Adherence to TAT for order Closure. 8. Logistics Management for orders released. 9. Document Management and Archiving of all RFQ/RFP & approvals related to release of an Order 10. Support on annual Audit of Purchases with Internal/External Audit team 11. Contracts management- Negotiate and execute PAN India Contracts /Agreement 12. BRIDGE (Internal Risk Evaluation tool) compliance for all Vendors 13. Interacting with requestor and other internal stakeholders for providing Guidance on procurement process. 14. Deliver Target savings through negotiations and demand management process. 15. Enhance Knowledge of products and services through Trainings and Market connect. 16. Manage vendor’s relationship and ensure all issues are proactively resolved between vendors and internal stakeholders. 17. Supplier relationship management Category: Talent acquisition & Contractual resource hiring Procurement Sub-Categories: negotiation and agreements for all of below sub categories Talent acquisition – HR recruitment vendors Contractual Resource hiring Application development Sale of old equipment like laptops , printers etc. Procurement of Macbooks IT accessories Desktop services SOC audits Any other sub category as it gets added from time to time Academic Qualifications: Post-Graduate (MBA) /Graduate (preferably Bachelor of Engineering) Experience :3-4 years of experience in Souring & Procurement
