As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS), you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge, resources, and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients, gain in the marketplace and aid the firm's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Aid Services, Administrative Services, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Budget Management & Forecasting:
Assist in managing the annual Talent budget (INR 250 Cr), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership.
Track cost center allocations for Talent functions and provide cost optimization insights.
Ensure alignment of budget allocations with Talent initiatives, including wellbeing programs, employee benefits, and learning & development.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports, including accruals and provisions.
Ensure 100% compliance in internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and supporting documents.
Partner with the Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Oversee vendor onboarding, contracts, and renewals for Talent-related services, such as wellbeing vendors, recruitment partners, and training providers.
Negotiate vendor rates and payment terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and track invoice payments against service delivery.
Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify opportunities to streamline finance-related processes for Talent operations.
Collaborate with IT teams to automate reports and implement tools for better tracking of Talent expenses.
Assist in developing SOPs for finance processes related to Talent operations.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with HR teams, Finance, and Procurement to ensure smooth Talent finance operations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to Talent leadership to support decision-making.
Act as the point of contact for audit queries related to Talent finance.
Drive financial planning for all talent initiatives
Lead monthly reconciliations of Talent-related expenditures and highlight areas for improvement in budgeting processes.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
MBA in Finance and HR, B.Com
Experience
4-6 years of experience in a finance role, preferably with exposure to HR and Talent operations.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Proficient in Power BI, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps and financial reporting tools.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and present them to senior stakeholders.
Strong focus on process improvement and automation.
