Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Working experience on credit risk, operational risk management and assessment
Conducted RCSA assessment and has a experience for maintenance of database for Loss Data collection
Sound knowledge on fraud risk management
Assisted in design and implementation of a comprehensive Fraud Risk Management framework, integrating fraud risk assessments, preventive controls, and detection mechanisms to mitigate financial and reputational risks
Experience in building statistical models for credit risk
Experience in building risk registers, corresponding controls and assigning ownership on implementation of controls & their testing.
Developed detailed ICAAP reports, articulating risk appetite, capital adequacy projections, and scenario analysis outcomes for submission to senior management and regulators.
Assisted in ensuring compliance with Basel III Pillar 1 framework, including capital adequacy ratio calculations by calculating Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1), Additional Tier 1 (AT1), and Tier 2 Capital components, ensuring correct treatment of capital instruments, deductions (e.g., goodwill, deferred tax assets) as per regulatory guidelines
Assisted in design and enhancement of risk models, including credit scoring and rating frameworks to optimize lending decisions.
Developed risk appetite statements with clearly defined limits, sectoral exposures, and concentration risks, ensuring a proactive approach to credit risk mitigation while supporting business growth.
