The Opportunity

 

Within EY’s Clients & Industries function, the Demand Generation team is responsible for driving dynamic pipeline growth and customer acquisition. This is achieved through meticulously curated experiences, events, content, and activation strategies tailored to our strategic relationships and channels. Our approach is aligned with EY’s brand, market insights, priority initiatives, and client purchasing behaviors—ensuring we foster meaningful customer growth from an industry perspective.

 

The Go-to-Market Content Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality assets, curated experiences, and activation programs that showcase EY’s capabilities and enable impactful client interactions. The CoE also fuels sales experiences through frictionless, AI-powered content management.

 

As a Go to Market Content Delivery Specialist at the Supervising Associate level, you’ll contribute to the creation, delivery, and enhancement of go-to-market content and experiences that support client growth. Collaborating with a globally distributed team of content design and delivery experts, you’ll help ensure EY’s go to market content is accessible, relevant, and intuitive.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in maintaining EY’s trusted collection of go to market content, applying defined standards for content health, relevance, and lifecycle management.
  • Execute core content processes such as optimization, publishing, editorial review, sanitization, harvesting, and curation to maintain currency and quality of the trusted collection.
  • Design, build and maintain curated pages and experiences in alignment with business needs and user-centred design principles.
  • Project manage and/or contribute to GenAI and content management initiatives in alignment with content strategy
  • Use AI-powered tools and data insights to enhance usability and amplify business value
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to content delivery and user engagement
  • Participate in testing and release activities to support enhancements to content management tools and workflows.
  • Ensure efficient request fulfilment within your GDS location, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with EY’s follow-the-sun publishing model.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Clients & Industries and partner functions to support the delivery of impactful content and experiences.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on continuous learning and development.

 

 

Skills & Attributes

 

  • Foundational understanding of EY’s go-to-market strategy and the role of Demand Generation.
  • Ability to apply user-centred design principles to deliver intuitive content experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional deliverables and enablers
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, GenAI tools (EYQ skills, Copilot etc) and EY’s content management tools (Adobe CMS, Workfront etc), SharePoint and web production technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Python)
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across geographies and functions.
