Position profile summary – Senior Associate

Position Details:  

Job Title    :      Senior Associate (65-1)
Reporting to    :    Assistant Manager/ Manager
 

Purpose of Position: 
Working under the direction of the Global Security leadership team and GDS RMS Global Security team, the incumbent will primarily manage projects under the Crisis Management and Business Continuity discipline focusing on emergency preparedness & response and business continuity planning activities globally. 
In addition, they may be expected to review and prepare reports related to reputational risk under the Reputation and Brand monitoring program. 
 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Service Delivery
  • Collaborate with Global Security Executive Team on initiatives around business resilience. 
  • Assist end users (Region and Country Security Managers) to ensure they can comply with guidelines of the Security Global policy.
  • Provide expert technical advice on Global Security tools like CMP/BCP digital tool and Incident Management Experience (IMX)
  • Partner with internal team and development teams at GDS to develop and implement automation tools. 
  • Monitor and report on the status of crisis management and business continuity initiatives to senior management and leadership.
  • Media monitoring and reporting to senior leadership around reputational risks to EY.
• Education & Experience: 
  • Total work Experience of 6 to 7 years, people management experience will be an advantage.
  • Trainings and certification in Risk Management, Crisis Management and Business continuity preferred
  • Prior experience of working as a consultant or in a shared services environment
  • Master’s degree from a reputed college
  • Exhibits flexibility and self-confidence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail 
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records and information
  • Data analysis, data representation and dashboard reporting – Power BI, Power Automate
  • Strong logical and reasoning skills
  • Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Other Position Requirements: 
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Willingness to work in a 24 X 5 environment
