We are looking for experienced Manager with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience in AI application development, including building interactive solutions using Streamlit. The role requires deep understanding of the risk domain, ability to lead solution design and delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. Prior exposure to internal audit processes and governance frameworks is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embed AI in Risk & Internal Audit Functions:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance internal audit effectiveness, risk assessment, and control testing.
- Identify opportunities to automate audit procedures such as control validation, anomaly detection, and continuous auditing.
- Drive Risk Transformation Initiatives:
- Translate enterprise risk and compliance requirements into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
- Support development of risk monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and early warning indicators using Python and Streamlit.
- Audit Analytics & Continuous Monitoring
- Develop and oversee audit analytics capabilities, including automated workflows for transaction testing, sampling, and exception reporting.
- Enable continuous controls monitoring (CCM) and data-driven audit approaches across key business processes.
- Governance, Controls & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to internal audit standards, SOX/regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
- Integrate data quality checks, audit trails, explainability, and model validation into AI-based risk solutions.
Required Skills & Tools
- AI: Understanding of Agentic Frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs) (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Knowledge of fine-tuning / parameter-efficient tuning (LoRA, PEFT)
- Tools & Technologies: Strong SQL, Python, Power BI, Stream Lit
- Domain Expertise: Internal Audit and Risk
Preferred Experience
- Leading large-scale transformation and re-engineering programs (global clients in Risk domain).
- Process Excellence:
- Agile / Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, or equivalent program delivery credentials preferred.
- Exposure to AI governance, Responsible AI, model risk management, or technology risk frameworks preferred.
- Cloud, data, or AI platform certifications such as Azure AI, Azure Data, AWS, Databricks, or equivalent is desirable.
- Structured experience in consulting, account expansion, and GTM leadership.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Python development, AI/ML, and data engineering.
