Process Mapping & Process Management

Experience: 3–5 years

 

Role Summary

The Senior Analyst will support end-to-end business process mapping, process governance, and process management initiatives across P2P, O2C, AP/AR, logistics, and operational processes. The role focuses on documenting AS-IS / TO-BE processes, standardization, and process excellence initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process modelling, capturing baseline current-state workflows and designing optimized future-state maps using standard notations (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
  • Develop and maintain process repositories, including process maps, SOPs, and control documentation.
  • Support process governance frameworks, including standardization, version control, and change management.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities through stakeholder discussions and walkthroughs.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives, including simplification, standardization, and automation readiness.
  • Facilitate process workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Support process performance management, including defining KPIs/KRIs and monitoring process health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Operations) to ensure process alignment and consistency.
  • Support documentation creation: BPMN flows, TO‑BE designs, business requirements, UAT support, and process governance.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by enabling structured process documentation and identifying automation opportunities (RPA/AI).
  • Participate in pre-sales support, value analysis, estimation, and business case preparation when needed.

 

Required Skills & Tools

  • Process Mapping & Documentation: BPMN, Visio, ARIS, Signavio
  • Process Management: SOP creation, process governance, control documentation
  • Analytical Skills: Root cause analysis, process improvement techniques
  • Automation: Exposure to RPA tools (UI Path, Automation Anywhere), ML-assisted solutions
  • Stakeholder Management: Workshop facilitation, requirement gathering
  • Domain Knowledge: P2P, O2C, AR/AP, logistics, telecom services, vendor management, ITSM

 

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in business process mapping and process management engagements, including AS-IS / TO-BE design and process standardization
  • Exposure to process excellence frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience in process transformation, operating model design, and process harmonization initiatives across functions
  • Prior involvement in process governance, SOP standardization, and control framework design
  • Internal Audit and Risk experience is highly preferred.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience Business process mapping, process management.
