Role Purpose

The role supports the Global Consulting Leadership Office in driving smooth business operations, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives across the Consulting practice. The individual will work closely with the Global Consulting leadership team, operations leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key priorities, reporting, and engagement activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Office Operations

  • Support day-to-day operations and coordination activities for the Consulting Leadership’s Office
  • Manage calendars, action trackers, and follow-ups on key initiatives and deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and summaries for leadership meetings and reviews

Planning and Governance

  • Assist in preparing materials for leadership reviews, townhalls, and planning meetings
  • Track progress on strategic priorities, financial metrics and operational KPIs
  • Support the implementation of governance mechanisms (e.g., review cadences, reporting cycles, performance tracking)

Project and Initiative Support

  • Provide operational and logistical support to strategic programs and special projects led by the Consulting Leadership’s office
  • Conduct background research, prepare data summaries, and track project milestones
