The Opportunity
Within EY’s Clients & Industries function, the Demand Generation team is responsible for driving dynamic pipeline growth and customer acquisition. This is achieved through meticulously curated experiences, events, content, and activation strategies tailored to our strategic relationships and channels. Our approach is aligned with EY’s brand, market insights, priority initiatives, and client purchasing behaviours—ensuring we foster meaningful customer growth from an industry perspective.
The Go-to-Market Content Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality assets, curated experiences, and activation programs that showcase EY’s capabilities and enable impactful client interactions.
As the Go to Market Content Delivery Senior Specialist, you’ll shape how EY’s go to market content is designed, delivered, and experienced—through a frictionless, AI-powered ecosystem that ensures seamless access to go-to-market assets and immersive, curated experiences. This includes the end to end management of EY’s trusted collection of go to market content which is foundational to intuitive, optimized delivery. You’ll lead a globally distributed team of content design and delivery experts, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared innovation.
Key Responsibilities
In this leadership role you will:
- Fuel GenAI experiences (EYQ, Copilot, Markets Engine) with high quality, curated content
- Oversee end to end management of EY’s trusted, go to market content collection including health, relevance, governance and lifecycle management.
- Optimize and tech-enable our core content mega processes (optimization, publishing, editorial, sanitization, harvesting, curation etc) to maximise content re-use and drive further operational efficiencies
- Lead projects and initiatives to further embed GenAI into mega processes and ways of working. Convene a core team of GenAI specialists within the CoE and plan, prioritize and evaluate PoC and experimentation efforts. Scale and implement new developments across CoE team.
- Design compelling, immersive go to market assets and curated experiences leveraging design thinking, UX best practices, analytics and rapidly evolving technology.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of GTM content, experiences and CoE processes identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Enablement & Technology to evolve content management capabilities in alignment with business needs. Input to requirements definition and prioritization and manage Demand Generation involvement in release planning and testing.
- Collaborate with senior executives in C&I across Industries, Accounts, Regions, SLs, G&I, BMC, Technology etc to ensure needs and requirements are integrated into content strategies and initiatives.
- Foster inclusive leadership, coaching and a learning culture to ensure all members of the team reach their full potential
Skills And Attributes
The role of the Go to Market Content Delivery Lead requires a strong understanding of EY’s go-to-market strategy, combined with deep expertise in content development and delivery, user-centred design, GenAI and other emerging technologies. A process-oriented mindset will also be required to design, implement and scale engaging, immersive assets and experiences that tangibly impact client servers and increase efficiency in Demand Generation delivery.
What we look for
- A proven track record of scoping, leading, and delivering complex transformation initiatives that result in measurable outcomes.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities to design strategic solutions that address business challenges
- Demonstrable expertise in content design, delivery and user experience
- Prior experience with process design and optimization, Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, skilled in producing impactful deliverables for senior stakeholders and intuitive enablers and deliverables.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage client servers and cross-functional teams across Clients & Industries to refine and validate opportunities and approaches.
- An agile, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to evolve in pursuit of better outcomes.
- Keep current with emerging trends, technologies and best practices in GenAI and content management. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance go to market impact and competitive advantage.
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional project teams toward high performance and shared success.
